Vietnamese Wisdom

Look, people. I never try to push vegetarianism on any of you carnivores, although I might sneer at you as you eat (but only when you aren't looking). However, this was posted on the Pittsburgh craigslist 'Rants and Raves,' and i thought it was an interesting story, so read:

A lifetime ago, when I was in Vietnam, I worked with a group of Buddhists who were all vegan. I used to watch their kids sitting or riding atop these huge water buffalo as the animals grazed in the fields. But every time an American would get within fifty feet of the beasts, the buffalo would charge them. So one day I asked an old man how the water buffalo knew the difference between a Vietnamese and an American. He said, rather bluntly, "You stink! You eat so much meat that both we and the animals can smell you almost before we can see you!"

The moral of the story? EATING MEAT MAKES PEOPLE STINKY! YOU, MEAT-EATER! YOU ARE STINKY!

That's all.

I refuse to listen to any comments about my smell coming from someone who showers less frequently than I do. Then again, I don't eat that much meat...

Also vegetables are very good for the digestion, vegetarians have smelly farts! So you smell lol!

Incidentally, I have never smelt a water buffalo but I am fairly certain it is stinkier than someone who ate a water buffalo! :p
